~With special intention and wishes, please join me in thanksgiving prayer for the speed recovery of my brother Maximo. He had chest pain associated with difficulty of breathing last Monday night and was rushed to Aklan provincial hosp. He was discharged today with the great hope that God will continue to pour His blessings and healing power until he fully recovers from his illness.

Please pray also for Franco Valentin, grandson of my clerk, Lolita Valentin as he struggles and fights for his survival. Franco is only 2 years old child who was found with tumor in his lungs and the pediatricians cannot give their final diagnosis yet after a week of confinement. He has been with on and off high grade fever, with a little output since admission .

Please pray also for the people of Chile who were victims of the recent earthquake. To those who lost their lives, may their souls rest in peace.

And please let us not forget to pray for our country the Philippines and our people for possible tsunami. People who are living near the beaches and the coastal areas were forced to moved to higher grounds. The tsunami crossed the pacific originally from Chile after that 8.8 magnitude earthquake. The tsunami is also expected to hit Hawaii and Japan.

Let us join together to pray for our safety, and ask God's forgiveness and mercy.... that He will protect and save us from danger whenever calamities and disasters like tsunami and earthquake hit us.We pray all these, through the intercession of our dear Blessed Mary Mother of God, in Jesus' name. ~Please join me in praying that God will shower us even with a little rain today.Our country suffers the hottest temperature everyday which caused damages to all our agricultural products. Fish pens, fishponds and even rivers are drying up, and fish come out floating dead. Rice, corn and sugar cane plantation so with fruits and vegetables have dried up, or are dying as well. Please, Lord, we beg of you for a little rain today, to give life to all of us. We know that you are a good and loving God because you promised us that you will never leave us. We know too that you take control of the universe so that we continue to trust and worship you. We also ask dear Mama Mary, our Blessed Mother, to cover us in her mantle of love and protection and save us from all dangers this "El Nino" has wrought us, including our trials and disappointments.
